Loopmark is designed with UK data protection expectations in mind: UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and PECR for cookies. This page summarises how that applies to our website and to teams who self-host the open-source agent.
Privacy by design for self-hosting: your leads, complaints, content, and keys stay on infrastructure you control. Transparency on this website: clear notices, cookie choice before non-essential tracking, and routes to exercise your rights. No sale of personal data.

You (or your organisation) are usually the controller for customer and marketing data processed in Loopmark. Providers you connect (for example OpenAI, Mailgun, Buffer, LinkedIn, X) are typically separate controllers or processors under their own terms. Review those terms before connecting keys. We provide software. We do not become your processor for self-hosted workloads unless we have a separate written agreement for a hosted service.
For data we control on this website, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable. Email privacy@loopmark.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): https://ico.org.uk For data in your own Loopmark deployment, contact your organisation's privacy contact, not Loopmark, unless we process that data under a separate agreement.
Non-essential cookies require consent (PECR). Soft opt-in and consent rules for marketing emails still apply to any campaigns you send. Loopmark helps you draft and send; you remain responsible for lawful marketing in the UK.
